The public pages of cargoslip.one set no cookies and run no analytics. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which records the technical data every web server records when a page is requested: your IP address, the time, the page and the browser type. Vercel keeps these logs for a short time for security and to run the service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you send the demo form we receive your name, work email, company, the range of clearances per month you picked and the message you wrote. We use them for one purpose: to reply and agree a demo. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The form sends one email to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. We keep the request until it is answered and for twelve months after our last exchange about it, then delete it. If you become a customer, the data moves into the customer file.

Only invited people can sign in. Sign-in is a one-time code sent to your email address by WorkOS, our authentication provider, and a successful sign-in sets one session cookie that keeps you signed in. We hold your email address, your name if you gave one, the company that invited you and the rights it gave you. The legal basis is the contract between your company and us (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is kept for as long as your company's account exists; removed members are archived, and the archive is deleted with the account.

Hosting and the database run in the European Union. Email delivery (Resend) and authentication (WorkOS) are providers based in the United States, bound by data processing agreements with the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

You can ask us for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for a restriction of its use, for a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to hello@cargoslip.one. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna).
